U.S. Shipping

Doctor-Talk currently ships products from warehouses located within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. states.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (approximately 24–72 business hours) after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time is the time required to confirm, prepare, and dispatch your order. It is separate from the shipping transit time.

If an unexpected issue affects the processing of your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping generally takes:

3–8 business days

Most orders may arrive sooner; however, delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

The estimated total timeframe consists of:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping Transit: 3–8 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be delivered by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other shipping providers depending on the product, warehouse, and delivery destination.

The carrier used for an order may vary.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will be provided to you.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your tracking number is issued.

Multiple Shipments

If an order contains multiple products, the products may occasionally ship separately or from different U.S. warehouse locations.

In these situations, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive at different times.

There is no additional standard shipping charge when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Delays

Although most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances such as:

• High shipping volumes

• Remote delivery locations

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location and surrounding area and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

You may also contact Doctor-Talk customer service, and we will assist you with the available tracking and shipment information.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
